Sound City, the studio where Kyuss recorded three albums back in the day, recently shut it’s doors. The 2-of-a-kind Neve console was acquired by none other than Dave Grohl, and feeling the weight of it’s history in rockdom (Fleetwood Mac, Tom Petty, Neil Young, Cheap Trick, Nirvana, et cetera) he decided to make a documentary about it.
